Renamed the Saint-Louis Opéra hotel in March 2003, the hotel was called Hotel de Beauharnais in reference to Josephine de Beauharnais, first wife of Napoleon I. Before he became Emperor, Napoleon used to live in his private mansion, also called “Hotel Particulier”, in the former Chantereine Street that became the Victory Street December 28, 1797 after Napoleon’s victory in Italy and the signature of the Campo Formio treaty.

The Hotel Saint-Louis Opéra was built in the former gardens of Josephine and Napoleon’s private mansion. The Hotel Saint Louis Opéra has 4 floors. On the top, a large terrace overlooking the rooftops of Paris makes this hotel even more special and charmingly unforgettable. The continental breakfast is served from 7 to 11 am in the very pleasant décor of the elegant breakfast room (breakfast not included in the rooms’ rates).
