As the name Bourse (Stock Exchange) says, this area is mainly a business district. But you will find also in the second district the prototypes of the indoor shopping malls: the galleries and passages with shops. A walking or shopping tour under the glass roofs of theses galleries is worth (a good tip especially by raining days), in particular in the Gallerie Vivienne and the Passage Choiseul which are the most renowed. Also the famous “Opéra Comique” is located in this quarter.
