From Orly Airport you can reach Paris:

by Train:
There are two options:
1)take the Orlyval train which serve the RER station “Anthony” and from there take the B RER line to Paris downtown.
2)take the free airport shuttle which serve the RER stop of the C line (Pont de Rungis Station). Prices: Orlyval + RER B: 9,30 Euro ; free Shuttle + RER C : 5,50. The Orlyval transfer is a little bit faster than the other option (Orly->Chatelet: 35 minutes).

by Bus: Air France or Ratp Orlybus:
The Air France Coach service line take to the Invalides, with stop at Montparnasse Railway station, and on request at the subway station Duroc and Porte d’Orléans. Frequency: every 15 minutes from 6 am to 11 pm. Price: 12 Euro the single fare.

The Ratp Orlybus links the Orly Airport to the Place Denfert Rochereau in about 30 minutes. Depart every 20min between 6am and 11pm from Orly Sud with stops at Jourdan–Tombe Issoire, Montsouris Parc , and Alésia-René Coty.
Price: 6,10 Euro for a single fare.

by Taxis: The aproximative fare for a run to the center of Paris is about 40 euros Supplements might be asked for luggage, night-time runs and public holidays. It is highly recommended to take only the licensed taxis with a taximeter.

Car hire: At the airport is possible to rent a car with all the major car hire companies.
